I think poetry is the soul of language. It is what you write that comes from the mind. Poetry is the language that most expresses ideas and emotions from deepest point of the autor.

"Poetry is man's rebellion against what he is" is a fascinating view on literature and life. I wonder if poets - true poets- have any 'real' choice in the matter as to whether they write or not - regardless of what they are doing in their life (be it lawyer, garbage man, roofer or priest). Hmmm.
